Contributors' Bios

 

Kristy Bowen's work has appeared most recently in Ascent, Megaera, Poetry Magazine, and L'Intrigue.

David Chorlton came to Arizona from Europe in 1978, after living in England and Austria. He divides his working time between painting and writing, with poems and essays appearing in many magazines. Common Sightings (a winner of the 2000 Palanquin Press Contest) is his newest collection, one which reflects his affection for the land and creatures of the Southwest.

Glenn W. Cooper is a 33 year old male living in Tamworth, Australia. Influences include Ray Carver, Philip Levine, Billy Collins, Charles Bukowski and Bob Dylan.

Tripp Howell was born in 1972 and lives near Charlotte, North Carolina. He has a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina and coaches soccer. His work has appeared previously online but he doesn’t like to talk about things like that.

Mia currently resides in California. Her work appears in various print/ezines.

Richard C. Williams is one of many faceless nobodys traipsing the streets of NYC. He designs websites and graphics, and is Founder/Editor of Pierian Springs Poetry Journal.

David Wright's poems and essays have appeared recently in The Christian Century, Snakeskin, and a number of other print and online publications, including 3rd Muse. His conversation with poet Carolyn Forche can be found on the Nimble Spirit Review and his first collection of poems is Lines from the Provinces. His second book, A Liturgy for Stones, is due out this year from Pandora Press U.S.
